Works well!

We use these for a high school robotics team and they work quite well. You should average/debounce the readings because you do get the occasional outlier.

Worked generally well, unexpected update rate

The sensor itself worked well, but I was unpleasantly surprised by the 60Hz update rate. I missed that in the datasheet, it's not immediately obvious.

Simple position sensor

Needed a way to drive an LED bargraph that displayed control position. Sensor worked perfectly and has held up fine. No issues with sunlight or any external light causing errors. Just wish I had picked up the JST connector.

This sensor works great for measuring distance and using that distance output in autonomous robotic navigation projects.
