Works as described but the shipping $10 for such a small item was a little much from Mirabelle to Candiac could have been sent in an envelope for $1

I was having problems with my litter robot. The red light kept blinking. I watched roboshops video on how to repair the litter robot. They even said what tools should be used. The repair was simple and the part was inexpensive. I first called litter robot service and they were no help at all. The only place that sold the part was roboshop. I love you guys!

I ordered the cat sensor—two sensors for my ROBOT Litter Box 3. I paid for the additional shipping—roughly $20.00—and had it the next day. Shipping from Montreal to Oakville, Ontario, was an excellent choice and service. I will use Robot Shop again and would definitely recommend it.

I was about to replace my old sensor with this new one when I realized one possible source of the failure: the adhesive. My old sensor had lifted from the mounting spot and I simply applied a small amount of glue to replace it. I reassembled and my old sensor worked again. Try re-gluing the old one before replacing! Otherwise the replacement is excellent.
