Description
Small size, measuring 17.2 x 45 x 22.3 mm
Sampling frequency of up to 1.8 kHz, detection distance of up to 15 m, and resistance to strong light environment of up to 60 KLux
Widely used in applications such as UAV flight, robot obstacle avoidance, and sweeping robots
The YDLIDAR SDM15 High Precision Laser Ranging Module, Supporting ROS & ROS2 is a high precision single point laser ranging module with a small margin of error and strong stability. Based on the Time of Flight (TOF) ranging principle, it has a sampling frequency of up to 1.8kHz and a detection distance of up to 15m, and can resist up to 60KLux of strong light. It is small and lightweight, making it ideal for use in indoor and outdoor UAV obstacle avoidance at fixed heights, robot obstacle avoidance, home service robot/sweeping robot navigation obstacle avoidance and other scenarios. Tutorials based on Linux, ROS and STM32 are available for user reference.
