The XiaoR Geek OmniMatrix M1 is an open and expandable Mecanum mobile robot base designed for makers, engineering students, developers and robotics projects.

Unlike a basic robot car chassis, M1 integrates the mobility foundation needed to start building: four encoder-equipped drive motors, an ESP32 lower-level controller, onboard battery power, status display, communication interfaces and a durable platform capable of carrying up to 10 kg.

Use the M1 as a programmable mobile base on its own, or connect a Raspberry Pi, NVIDIA Jetson or other upper computer for more advanced development. Add LiDAR for mapping, cameras for computer vision, sensors for environmental awareness, a robotic arm for manipulation, or your own 3D-printed structures.

With an open communication protocol and JSON-based commands, developers can focus more on what their robot should do instead of rebuilding basic mobility control from the ground up.
