The Waveshare Solar Power Manager (C), Supports 3x 18650 Batteries, Multi Protection Circuits is designed to efficiently manage solar energy for various applications. It is compatible with solar panels ranging from 6V to 24V and can recharge 18650 Li-ion batteries either through a solar panel or a USB TYPE-C connection. The device provides a regulated 5V/3A output and supports multiple charging protocols, ensuring versatility in its use.
This module incorporates Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) technology, which optimizes the efficiency of solar energy conversion. It features multi-protection circuits to safeguard against overcharging, over-discharging, overheating, and overcurrent, ensuring stable and safe operation. The embedded battery holder accommodates three 18650 batteries, and several LED indicators are included to monitor the status of the solar panel and battery.
