The Snapmaker 200W CNC Module offers significantly enhanced CNC machining capabilities, boasting 300% more power and a 50% higher spindle speed compared to the 50W CNC Module. This advanced module is designed to deliver high machining quality, featuring a robust X/Y/Z-axis and an 18,000 RPM spindle. It is capable of precision machining on a variety of hard materials, including hardwood and jade.
This module supports 4-axis CNC machining when used with the Snapmaker Rotary Module, providing users with greater flexibility and precision in their projects. It employs a standard ER11 collet, which ensures improved concentricity and stability during operations. The module is ideal for working with materials such as hardwoods like beech and walnut, softwoods, HDF, MDF, plywood, jade, carbon fiber, acrylic, epoxy tooling board, and PCB.
Additionally, the Snapmaker 200W CNC Module is capable of machining metals such as aluminum (1000-6000 series), brass, and red copper, expanding its versatility for various applications. It supports multiple file formats, including STL, SVG, PNG, JPG, JPEG, BMP, and DXF, allowing for a wide range of design possibilities.
