The Sherline 14-Inch 8-Direction Benchtop Mill Package A CNC Ready (Metric) is a sophisticated machining tool designed for both hobbyists and professionals who require precision in their projects. This benchtop mill is CNC-ready, offering the capability to produce small, precise parts with high accuracy. It is particularly versatile, allowing for multi-directional machining with its ability to position the headstock spindle in eight different directions, including the standard X, Y, and Z axes, as well as additional angles for comprehensive drilling and milling operations.

This machine is compact in size, making it suitable for desktop use, yet it delivers the precision and accuracy expected from full-sized machinery. It is capable of cutting a variety of materials, including wood, plastic, aluminum, and steel, thanks to its robust construction and design. The combination of the mill and machine package is a great way to get started. Easy to assemble mill, final alignments are a bit tricky but a good learning experience.
