The Sherline 12″ Deluxe Tabletop Mill XY Base DRO (Metric) is an advanced milling base designed for precision and efficiency. It is equipped with DRO handwheels, encoders, and sensors, which seamlessly integrate with a digital readout box, enhancing the accuracy of milling operations. The base and table feature laser-engraved scales, ensuring precise measurements and adjustments during use.

This milling base includes a 12-inch mill base and a 13-inch mill table, providing ample space for various milling tasks. The DRO handwheels, specifically designed for the Y-axis leadscrew and X-axis table feed screw, allow for electronic resetting to zero with a simple button press on the DRO display box. These handwheels are complemented by laser-engraved aluminum collars, adding to the precision and ease of use.

An oil reservoir is integrated into the X/Y axes, facilitating smooth and consistent movement. The travel capacity of the mill is 8.65 inches on the X-axis and 5.0 inches on the Y-axis, offering substantial range for diverse milling applications.
