Description

  • ServoCity Stingray-3 Servo Gearbox (0.51 sec/60°, 20rpm, 1050 Oz-in Torque, 600° Rotation)
  • Enhance torque with 3:1 gear ratio
  • Achieve 1050 oz-in stall torque
  • Support pinion stability with robust hub-shaft
  • Switch modes with servo programmer
  • Integrate seamlessly with Arduino and R/C

The ServoCity Stingray-3 Servo Gearbox (0.51 sec/60°, 20rpm, 1050 Oz-in Torque, 600° Rotation) is engineered to enhance torque and precision through a 3:1 external gear ratio. This gearbox is powered by the goBILDA® 5-Turn Torque Servo, which remains unmodified, ensuring its compliance with FTC regulations. The servo is securely mounted within the gearbox, isolating the load to a robust steel hub-shaft supported by ball bearings, thereby safeguarding the servo from axial loads. The gearbox is designed for versatile mounting, featuring M4 threaded holes compatible with the goBILDA® system, and offers the flexibility to attach directly to the aluminum output gear. The 8mm REX bore of the hub-shaft can accommodate an 8mm REX shaft or serve as a conduit for wires. The control signal for this servo gearbox is identical to that of a standard servo, allowing seamless integration with R/C receivers, Arduino, Raspberry Pi, or REV controllers. The gearbox is available in both feedback and continuous modes, with the ability to switch between modes using a 3102-0001 servo programmer. This dual-mode functionality is facilitated by the goBILDA® 5-Turn Torque Servo, which powers the gearbox. Note: Ensure proper handling to avoid exposure to axial loads that could compromise the servo's integrity.
