Description

  • ServoCity Stingray-2 Servo Gearbox (0.34 Sec/60°, 30rpm, 700 Oz-in Torque, 900° Rotation)
  • Features 700 oz-in stall torque
  • Offers 900° maximum rotation
  • Allows versatile mounting options
  • Supports both feedback and continuous modes
  • Compatible with R/C and microcontrollers

The ServoCity Stingray-2 Servo Gearbox (0.34 Sec/60°, 30rpm, 700 Oz-in Torque, 900° Rotation) is powered by the goBILDA® 5-Turn Torque Servo, featuring a 2:1 external gear ratio that enhances torque and precision while reducing the range. This gearbox is fully assembled and ready for installation, with the servo mounted to isolate the load to a steel hub-shaft supported by ball bearings, thus protecting the servo from axial loads. The gearbox offers versatile mounting options with M4 threaded holes compatible with the goBILDA® system, and the hub allows for direct fastening to the aluminum output gear. The 8mm REX bore of the hub-shaft can accommodate an 8mm REX shaft or serve as a wire pass-through. The control signal remains identical to a standard servo, allowing it to connect seamlessly to an R/C receiver, Arduino, Raspberry Pi, or REV controller. The servo is FTC legal as it remains unmodified. Available in both feedback and continuous modes, the gearbox can switch between modes using a 3102-0001 servo programmer, thanks to the dual-mode capability of the goBILDA® 5-Turn Torque Servo.
