The ServoCity Floodgate Power Switch (XT30, Current Sensing) is a sophisticated MOSFET-based rocker switch engineered to enhance performance, data acquisition, and user convenience in various projects. Drawing from extensive experience in the FIRST Tech Challenge (FTC) and developed within the goBILDA® R&D lab, this power switch is designed to meet the demands of high-performance applications.
This power switch features an input voltage range from 5V to 21V, making it versatile for different power requirements. It incorporates a smart current limit of 80A, ensuring efficient power management and protection against overcurrent conditions. The internal fuse is rated at 60A, providing an additional layer of safety.
The device is equipped with XT30 connectors for both power input and output, facilitating secure and reliable connections. Additionally, it includes a current sensor connector with a 3-position JST PH interface, capable of measuring currents up to 80A and providing an analog voltage output ranging from 0V to 3.3V.
