The ServoCity 1x20A Motor Controller (9-30V Input) is a compact device designed to manage the speed and direction of brushed DC motors efficiently. It requires a motor, a battery within the 9V to 30V range, and a receiver to operate. The controller is compatible with R/C receivers, servo controllers, and devices capable of producing a PWM signal, responding proportionally to signals between 1100 and 1900 microseconds.
This motor controller features a robust case with four mounting holes, allowing for easy alignment with the goBILDA® parts grid pattern. It includes M4 attachment hardware for secure installation and can be stacked with additional controllers using longer screws. The design accommodates various motor types, including those with 3.5mm bullet connectors, and offers flexibility in mounting on different surfaces.
The controller is equipped with several safety features to ensure reliable operation. It includes reverse-voltage protection to prevent damage from incorrect wiring, over-current protection to safeguard against excessive current draw, and over-temperature protection to prevent overheating. The durable case further protects the internal electronics from physical damage during use.
