It is powered by a 3 Pole Ferrite motor and incorporates a metal gear train with a straight cut spur gearbox style and a 20:1 gear ratio. This actuator delivers a dynamic thrust of 1,010 lbs and can support a static load of up to 3,050 lbs. It achieves a speed of 0.67 inches per second under no load conditions and 0.56 inches per second at maximum load. For precise feedback, the device includes a 10KΩ potentiometer with a feedback density of 1.66KΩ per inch. The lead screw is constructed from steel and is of the ball screw type, contributing to the actuator's reliability and performance. It has an IP54 rating, indicating protection against dust and water ingress, and operates with a duty cycle of 25% on and 75% off.
