The ServoCity 12V Heavy-Duty Linear Actuator (33lb Thrust, 1.7"/sec, 6" Stroke) is engineered to deliver reliable performance with a 6-inch stroke and a speed of 1.7 inches per second under no load conditions. It provides a dynamic thrust capacity of 33 pounds and can sustain a static load of up to 500 pounds. This actuator is powered by a 3 Pole Ferrite motor and incorporates a 10KΩ potentiometer for precise feedback. The construction includes a robust metal gear train complemented by a nylon pinion, and it utilizes a straight cut spur gearbox with a 5:1 gear ratio. Designed to operate within a voltage range of 6V to 12V, it is rated IP54, ensuring suitability for diverse environmental conditions. The actuator's duty cycle is structured at 25% on and 75% off, featuring a lead screw with a 3mm pitch and single thread. The potentiometer offers a tolerance of ± 5% and a linearity of ± 0.25%, with a feedback density of 1.66KΩ per inch. It is equipped with a 24-inch wire length and functions efficiently within an operating temperature range from -26°C to +65°C.
