The ServoCity 12V Heavy-Duty Linear Actuator (33lb Thrust, 1.7"/sec, 10" Stroke) is engineered for robust performance in demanding applications. It operates efficiently within a voltage range of 6V to 12V, delivering a dynamic thrust of 33 lbs and a static load capacity of 500 lbs. The actuator is equipped with a 3 Pole Ferrite motor and a metal gear train with a nylon pinion, ensuring durability and reliability. It features a 10KΩ potentiometer for feedback, with a tolerance of ± 5% and a feedback density of 1KΩ per inch, providing precise control and positioning. The actuator's no-load speed is 1.70 inches per second, while the maximum load speed is 1.37 inches per second. It has a current drain of 800mA at no-load and 3.8A at maximum load, with a stall current of 15A. The device is designed to operate within a temperature range of -26°C to +65°C and has an IP54 rating, offering protection against dust and water splashes. The duty cycle is set at 25% on and 75% off, optimizing performance and longevity. The lead screw is a 3mm pitch, single thread, and the potentiometer linearity is maintained at ± 0.25%. Note: Ensure proper handling to avoid exceeding the specified duty cycle and current limits to prevent damage.
