The ServoCity 12V Heavy-Duty Linear Actuator (112lb Thrust, 0.6"/sec, 8" Stroke) is engineered to deliver robust performance with an 8-inch stroke and a dynamic thrust capacity of 112 pounds. It operates efficiently at a speed of 0.60 inches per second under no load conditions. This actuator is powered by a 3 Pole Ferrite motor and incorporates a 10KΩ potentiometer for precise feedback. The construction includes a metal gear train complemented by a nylon pinion, and it features a straight cut spur gearbox with a 20:1 gear ratio. Designed to function within a voltage range of 6V to 12V, it is equipped with an IP54 rating, ensuring its adaptability to diverse environmental conditions. The actuator utilizes a lead screw with a 3mm pitch, single thread, and maintains a duty cycle of 25% on and 75% off. It is capable of operating in temperatures ranging from -26°C to +65°C, making it suitable for a wide range of applications.
