The ServoCity 12V Heavy-Duty Linear Actuator (112lb Thrust, 0.6"/sec, 12" Stroke) is engineered for robust performance in demanding applications. It features a 12-inch stroke and operates efficiently within a voltage range of 6V to 12V. The actuator is equipped with a 3 Pole Ferrite motor and a metal gear train complemented by a nylon pinion, ensuring durability and reliability. It delivers a dynamic thrust of 112 lbs and can handle a static load capacity of up to 500 lbs. The actuator's no-load speed is 0.60 inches per second, while the maximum load speed is 0.39 inches per second. It incorporates a 10KΩ potentiometer feedback mechanism with a tolerance of ± 5% and a feedback density of 0.83KΩ per inch, providing precise control and positioning. The device is designed to operate within a temperature range of -26°C to +65°C and has an IP54 rating, offering protection against dust and water splashes. The duty cycle is set at 25% on and 75% off, optimizing performance and longevity. Note: Ensure proper handling to avoid exceeding the current drain limits, particularly the stall current of 15A.
