The SeeedStudio Wio WM1302 Long Range Gateway Module w/ SX1302 (EU868-SPI) represents a new generation of gateway modules that excel in long-range wireless communication. This module is designed with a mini-PCIe form factor, ensuring easy integration with a variety of gateway devices. The WM1302 is built around the SX1302 baseband Wio chip, which is known for its extremely low power consumption and high performance.
The module boasts a high sensitivity, capable of reaching down to -139 dBm @SF12 with the SX1250 TX/RX front-end, and a transmission power of up to 26 dBm at 3.3V. Its ultra-low operating temperature negates the need for additional heat dissipation, which contributes to a more compact design for long-range gateways.
The WM1302 module has been certified with CE for the EU868 frequency band, which aids in streamlining the certification process for final product deployment. It is available in both SPI and USB versions, supporting a variety of long-range frequency plans, including EU868, US915, AS923, AS920, AU915, KR920, and IN865.
