The PONO Industrial Ultrasonic Sensor, Range 3m, IP67 is a versatile and compact device designed for a variety of applications including robot protection, material level detection, and object detection. This sensor offers a detection range from 180mm to 3000mm, making it suitable for precise measurement tasks. It features a blind spot of 0-180mm and provides a resolution of 1mm, ensuring high accuracy in its readings. The sensor's repeatability is rated at ±0.15% of the full-scale value, while its absolute accuracy is maintained at ±1%, thanks to built-in temperature drift compensation.

The sensor operates with a response time of 110ms and a switching frequency of 9Hz, allowing for efficient and timely data processing. It is equipped with LED indicators in red, yellow, blue, and green, which facilitate easy monitoring of its operational status. The device is powered by an operating voltage range of 15-30VDC and consumes a no-load current of ≤25mA. It includes a learning function input type, enhancing its adaptability to different environments.

Constructed with a nickel-plated copper sleeve, plastic fittings, and glass-filled epoxy, the sensor is robust and durable.
