The Pololu BD65496MUV Single Brushed DC Motor Driver Carrier is a compact breakout board designed for controlling a single brushed DC motor. It operates within a voltage range of 2 V to 16 V and can deliver a continuous current of 1.2 A, with a peak capacity of 5 A for brief periods. The motor driver features variable switching speeds, allowing for PWM frequencies up to 500 kHz, and offers two drive mode options. It includes built-in protections against under-voltage and over-temperature, with additional reverse-voltage protection provided by the carrier board.
