The Pololu 250:1 Metal Gearmotor 20Dx46L mm 6V is a compact yet powerful brushed DC gearmotor designed for applications requiring high torque in a small form factor. This model integrates a 6V brushed DC motor with a robust 250:1 metal spur gearbox, offering a reliable solution for precise motion control. The gearmotor features a cylindrical design with a 20 mm diameter, and its D-shaped output shaft measures 4 mm in diameter, extending 18 mm from the gearbox face plate.
Operating at 6 volts, the gearmotor achieves a rotational speed of 57 RPM with no load, drawing a current of 170 mA. Under stall conditions, it can deliver a torque of 170 oz-in (12 kg-cm) while consuming 2.9 A. This makes it suitable for applications that demand significant torque output.
