The Pololu 100:1 Micro Metal Gearmotor HPCB 6V w/ 12 CPR Encoder, Back Connector is a compact brushed DC motor equipped with a metal gearbox and an integrated encoder. The gearbox has a cross-section of 10x12 mm and features a 9 mm long, 3 mm diameter D-shaped output shaft. This motor is designed for high-power applications, operating at 6V with carbon brushes for extended durability. It achieves a no-load speed of 330 RPM and a stall torque of 1.6 kg⋅cm, drawing 1.5 A at stall.

The integrated encoder is a two-channel incremental Hall effect sensor that detects the rotation of a magnetic disk on the motor shaft, providing a resolution of 12 counts per revolution (CPR). This allows for precise control and feedback, making it suitable for applications requiring accurate positioning and speed control. The encoder features a 6-pin JST SH-style male connector, compatible with corresponding cables and connector boards, though the cable is not included.

The motors compact size and robust construction make it ideal for a variety of applications, including robotics and automation systems. The gearbox is constructed with brass plates, except for the 380:1 version, which uses steel plates for enhanced durability.
