The PMW3901 Optical Flow Sensor Breakout Module detects surface motion from approximately 80mm to infinity, making it ideal for DIY drone builds. Compatible with the Breakout Garden HAT with SPI, this crafty sensor utilizes a low-resolution camera and intelligent algorithms to identify motion. It can effectively detect and correct drone drift by monitoring the x/y movement of the ground below. The module can be used solder-free with the Breakout Garden HAT with SPI.
