The Parallax USB to Serial (RS-232) Adapter with Cable is compact and economical to provide a Virtual Com Port for all of products that have a DB9 (9-pin) serial connector. The cable is included. The updated FTDI USB drivers for Windows are included in the latest versions of the BASIC Stamp Editor, Propeller Tool, and SX-Key IDE software packages.

Worked on both Win10 & Raspbian without installing any driver. Doesn't come with a hard case but is not a concern in my project.

Travaillé sur Win10 et Raspbian sans installer aucun pilote. Ne vient pas avec un cas difficile, mais n'est pas une préoccupation dans mon projet.

Works nicely
The adapter works right out of the box in Windows 10. Had to install Parallax driver in XP (FTDI drivers didn't work). I use for my job to connect to old PLC and I find much more reliable than any Prolofic based adapter... Just wished there was a case of some kind to protect it when I carry it in my bag.

Fonctionne bien
L'adaptateur fonctionne immédiatement avec Windows 10. Installez le pilote Parallax sous XP (les pilotes FTDI ne fonctionnaient pas). J'utilise pour mon travail de me connecter à un ancien automate et je trouve beaucoup plus fiable qu'un adaptateur basé sur Prolofic ... J'aurais juste voulu qu'il y ait un cas quelconque pour le protéger quand je le porte dans mon sac.
