The Orbbec Gemini 335Le Stereo Vision Camera is a high-performance stereo vision camera designed for dynamic industrial robotics, offering exceptional depth performance with a ruggedized industrial design. It is part of the Gemini 330 series and provides reliable real-time 3D visual data for robots operating in demanding industrial environments. The camera features industrial-grade interfaces, including M12 X-coded and M8 A-coded connectors, which support simultaneous data and power delivery through Power over Ethernet (PoE), ensuring stable connections even in high-vibration and long-distance scenarios. The Ethernet-based design simplifies setup and deployment compared to other camera systems.

The Gemini 335Le is engineered to withstand industrial vibrations and offers extended reach up to 100 meters, with resistance to electromagnetic interference. It ensures stable data flow over Ethernet, with power and data delivered via a single cable. The camera is IP67-rated for dust and waterproofing, allowing for extended operation in sub-zero temperatures and both indoor and outdoor environments. It is compliant with industrial electromagnetic compatibility standards.

With ultra-low latency of 40ms or less, the Gemini 335Le is powered by an advanced depth engine ASIC MX6800 with integrated Ethernet design, enabling real-time processing and delivery of visual data. It offers seamless synchronization for precision and efficiency, with a unified timestamp for depth, stereo IR, RGB, and IMU data, even across multiple cameras.

The Gemini 335Le is suitable for various applications, including autonomous mobile robots (AMRs), robotic arms, and forklifts. In AMRs, it ensures reliable performance in challenging environments, such as varying light conditions and electromagnetically noisy factories, facilitating accurate obstacle avoidance, navigation, and mapping.
