Wow
I have the XV-11 which I bought back in 2011 and besides changing the batteries once it always worked like a charm. I decided to buy the D75 for my second floor because I thought it was not really efficient to bring the XV-11 up every time I wanted to clean the floors. What a nice Robot! The dust bin is much bigger, less noisy and the side brush is such a nice addition. I feel like it picks up twice as much as my XV-11. Picks up my little dogs hair (and mine) almost to perfection. It also looks pretty nice! It seems more intelligent as well! I do not regret my purchase at all and suggest this Robot to anyone who is looking for a robotic vacuum

Seriously. Get this model.
I decided to invest a while back, thinking - if I'm going to spend $600 on a vacuum, it might as well clean the house by itself - and boy does it ever! My Neato D75 is one of my favorite purchases in recent history. I come home to swept floors in my hardwood-floored condo 3x a week, and couldn't be happier. I'm not yet a pet owner, so I'm speaking purely from the dust, hair and bits perspective - but believe me when I say this thing picks up a ton of it. In winter months [it's currently February] you tend to get a ton of rocks stuck on the bottoms of your boots, so my front door becomes a gateway for salt, sand, and rocks. My Neato D75 takes care of it all! Let me tell you, there is no greater joy in life than removing my boots after a long day of work and NOT feeling pebbles beneath my feet. I went with the D75 versus other models, because I don't have much carpeting where my Neato passes, but when I do, I can easily purchase the dual brush and swop it out - because this thing is so modular and well-built! It's like a Jeep Wrangler: you can change parts really easily, and everything is solid. The folks at Robotshop also had a ton of accessories/pieces should I ever need them, so I figured this was the right baseline model. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my purchase right now. Excited to make a few upgrades in the future, but in no rush right now!
