Lynxmotion PS2 Controller V4

Fonctionne très bien et le code source fourni fonctionne sans problème.

At first I could not make the controller work with Arduino Uno. After contacting the support from Robotshop, it seems I had a new version of the controller (2 LED, one green and one red on the receiver and black and white logo). You need to use the library from Bill Porter website (and not the one from Lynxmotion) and use the original pins on the arduino (13, 11, 10, 12), as in the PS2_example from the librabry. If so, everythig works great! Thanks again to the support staff!

good deal, great product at a very reasonable price

I have been around and around this issue. Uploaded the PS2X arduino_mega code: result, no message on serial monitor only a line of characters (something like machine language). Pressing buttons on gamepad just make the character line grow longer. Tested wires for connectivity all ok, voltage on digital pin V5 = 4.79 to 4.81. Been on Bill Porter's site, tried all suggested tips, no way, doesn't work. Got the lynxmotion PS2X library installed, it just doesn't work. Maybe the controller is defective...Robotshop, please contact me if you have any suggestion to help me or is a replacement possible? So one star for now. Update: In a matter of a few hours, problem was solved via technical support. My serial monitor picture indicated that my baud rate was set at 9600 instead of 57600. Changing that was the solution. Thank you for your quick support. Robotshop is a very professional company with dedicated employees. I am back to my project now and the Lynxmotion PS2 controller works just fine.
