These high quality Lynxmotion Hex Mounting Hub HUB-12 - 6mm (Pair) are perfect for connecting wheels on motors. Each hub includes screws to mount the hub to the shaft. Note that the bore is actually 6.35mm (1/4") to ensure it fits 6mm shafts which may be slightly oversized.
Good price point, lots of material if you need to drill them out for a slightly larger motor shaft. Comes with lots of extra set screws which is nice, and quite rare these days.
