Lynxmotion Heavy Duty Metal Arm Base w/ Servo

Bought this as a base for an arm I am building. Very sturdy. I would buy again.

when taking the PLTW training the heavy duty base upgrade was recommended by the instructors. I have not had a chance to use it in class yet but it looks like a nice upgrade. At this point my only complaint is that since this is an upgrade for the base, there are no instructions to wire the motherboard that, for that you have to get the instructions for the standard base. It also does not show any pictures how how the whole are will appear when this base is attached, which I would have found really nice to have.

Very good product. I do not regret, that I bought it. This replacement is much more better as standard base and servo is more powerfull. The movement of arm is really much more smoother as with standard base.

Je n'ai pas encore eu l'occasion de l'utiliser en classe, mais cela ressemble à une belle mise à niveau. À ce stade, mon seul reproche est que, puisqu'il s'agit d'une mise à niveau de la base, il n'y a aucune instruction pour câbler la carte mère, vous devez pour cela obtenir les instructions pour la base standard. Il ne montre pas non plus comment l’ensemble va apparaître lorsque cette base sera fixée, ce que j’aurais trouvé très agréable d’avoir.
