The Industrial Serial Server, RS232 to RJ45 ETH, TCP/IP to Serial, Rail-Mount, PoE is a sophisticated RS232 device data acquisitor and IoT gateway, specifically engineered for the industrial environment. This versatile module amalgamates multiple functions, including the capabilities of a serial server, Modbus gateway, MQTT gateway, and RS232 to JSON converter.
The device is equipped with an RS232 and an Ethernet port, the latter of which can optionally support Power over Ethernet (PoE) functionality. Power input is facilitated through screw terminals. The compact design of the module, encased in a rail-mount, ensures ease of installation.
This industrial serial server is ideally suited for a range of applications, such as data acquisition, IoT gateway, safety and security IoT, and intelligent instrument monitoring.
