The Hiwonder Wondercam AI Vision Camera Robot Visual Moduleis an easy to use module with eight built in functions, making learning AI fun and easy to understand. With its one click Training feature, it can quickly program many creative AI vision projects.
The Hiwonder Wondercam IIC Connector works seamlessly with many leading global controllers, such as micro:bit, Arduino, and Raspberry Pi.
The Facial Recognition feature allows Wondercam to detect a face and identify if it matches the conditions and image on its display. The controller then performs facial detection, recognition, and tracking programs from the image presented, its position, and size.
The Image Classification feature, using pre trained MobileNet models, allows Wondercam to classify images captured. Pre installed with twelve images at factory default, users can easily create projects such as Waste Sorting Management Systems.
The Feature Learning feature records the unique features of an image and compares it with real time images captured by Wondercam to measure the degree of similarity, the changes of the image, or even to do simple classifications.
The Color Recognition feature allows Wondercam to recognize colors and frame the identified colors on its display, providing data information on the images position, size, etc. Users can program color detection, tracking of color, etc.
The Visual Line Following feature detects lines captured in the Visual Line Following feature selection. Through the 12C connection, the connected external controller receives data such as line position, deviation, and angulation to maneuver the robots movement.
The Tag Recognition (AprilTag) feature allows Wondercam to detect AprilTags and display the image in a frame. Through the 12C connection, the connected external controller can compute the precise 3D position, orientation, and identity of the tags relative to the camera.
The Landmark Recognition feature uses a programmed Landmark recognition model to recognize a picture and present the corresponding ID number on the display.
The Number Recognition feature allows Wondercam to recognize a picture and present the corresponding number on the display. Number templates are provided in the kit.
The dedicated AI chip provides faster response, as the Wondercam is powered by the latest Kendryte K210 chip RISC V Dual Core 64 bit processor. Its powerful visual and semantic recognition speed is more than 1000 times faster than STM32H743, and Wondercam delivers the result by more than 30 times faster.
