LeArm AI is an open-source AI robotic arm developed by Hiwonder, designed specifically for educational use. It features a high-performance ESP32 controller and supports multiple control methods, including PC, app, and wireless controller. The arm is equipped with six smart bus servos and integrates inverse kinematics algorithms, enabling precise and flexible motion. LeArm AI supports Arduino programming and offers excellent expandability with AI vision modules, voice interaction modules, and a variety of sensors. Whether it's vision recognition, target tracking, intelligent sorting, voice control, or distance measurement, LeArm AI empowers you to unlock a wide range of engaging and creative AI-powered applications.

1. Open Source Servo Controller with Expansion Support

This high-performance servo controller is built on the ESP32 core module. It features multiple servo control ports, a Bluetooth 4.0 module, buzzer, buttons, and other essential eletronic components. In addition, it offers a wide range of expansion interfaces, including I2C, GPlO, wireless controller receiver, and serial ports, ensuring excellent stability and scalability. All source code for the controller is fully open-source, making it an ideal choice for robotics development projects.

2. Support Various Control Methods

1) PC Software Slider Control

User-friendly PC software provides graphical controls for servo movement. Adjust servo positions using slider bars and create motions without writing code.

2) PC Software Coordinate Control

Control the robotic arm's end effector to precisely move to target positions using coordinate mode, enabling efficient and accurate motion control.

3) App Control

Easily control the robotic arm via Bluetooth using the app, allowing for quick and convenient operation.

4) Wireless Controller

LeArm comes with the WonderMV open-source Al vision module, powered by the K210 chip and integrated with a built-in touch screen for easy and efficient debugging. It supports over 10 Al vision functions, enablinga wide range of intelligent applications.

1) Al Vision Recognition and Tracking

LeArm Al supports the integration of an Al vision module, enabling it to detect and lock onto target objects within its field of view while acquiring real-time positional data. With user-friendly programming, it can efficiently perform tasks such as vision recognition, target tracking, and intelligent object sorting.

2) Color Recognition

LeArm AI accurately identifies color blocks within its field of view and uses inverse kinematics to precisely locate and lock onto the target. It then grips the object and places it in the specified area.

3) Garbage Recycling

LeArm AI leverages deep learning to accurately identify various types of waste cards and can grasp and sort the corresponding objects into designated areas with precision.

4) Face Recognition

LeArm AI can recognize and store up to three distinct faces. Based on programming, the robotic arm will perform different preset actions for each recognized face.

5) Tag Recognition

LeArm AI can identify tag blocks within its field of view and precisely grasp and sort them into designated areas.

4. Al Voice Interaction

LeArm Al features the WonderEcho Al voice interaction module, which supports voice recognition, speech broadcasting, and various other functions, with options for customization.

1) Al Voice Control & Broadcast

LeArm Al is compatible with an Al voice interaction module that accurately recognizes user voice commands and responds smoothly. With programming, the robotic arm can support features such as voice control and voice broadcast.

2) Voice Control

LeArm AI can "hear" a variety of voice commands from the user end, based on those instructions, will pick up and sort colored blocks accordingly.

3) Voice Broadcast

With the AI voice interaction module, the LeArm AI can continuously broadcast different voice prompts, delivering seamless audio feedback.

Equipped with an infrared obstacle avoidance sensor, LeArm AI can detect objects in front of it in real time and automatically perform actions such as grabbing and sorting.

3) OLED Display

With programmable capabilities, the OLED screen module can display numbers, text, graphics, and more.

Integrated with a high-sensitivity touch sensor, LeArm AI can detect touch status in real time and respond with appropriate actions automatically.
