The Gearish RoutER11 CNC Kit (US 110V/60Hz) is a revolutionary design that enhances the functionality of a router by integrating superior features. This device is equipped to handle all CNC tasks and projects with its precise ER11 Collet, high-quality bearings, and a robust one-horsepower motor. The ESC-Constant Speed control system ensures a consistent speed irrespective of the resistance, thereby facilitating a smooth and quiet operation.
The RoutER11 is not only user-friendly but also economical, and it delivers precise, high-quality cuts. The package comprises a RoutER11, an ER11 Type A Nut, four ER11 Collets of varying sizes, a Router Reduction Sleeve, a Nut Wrench, two sets of Brushes, and a User Manual.
The router is designed with a 6-speed dial that allows for fine-tuning RPM. The ER11 Collet supports a wide range of bits from 0.020" to 0.3125". The device also boasts of super low runout, a long 9' cord, a Snap-On Ferrite RFI EMI Noise Filter Suppressor, and a 65mm Diameter Body. The noise level at setting #1 is approximately 74.7dB with no load.
