This comprehensive kit includes all essential components required for competitive robotics, such as a chassis, motors, wheels, speed controllers, and armor, along with an instruction manual to guide assembly and operation. Designed specifically for the 1lb Antweight class, the kit features a robust custom-formed 6061-T6 Aluminum chassis, ensuring durability and performance in competitive environments.
Equipped with two FingerTech "Silver Spark" gearmotors paired with 2.25" Foam Wheels, the kit provides reliable mobility and control. The inclusion of two FingerTech "tinyESC" speed controllers further enhances the robot's maneuverability and responsiveness. For protection during combat, the kit comes with UHMW and polycarbonate armor, offering a balance of lightweight construction and resilience.
The kit also includes a 6-Channel radio transmitter and receiver pair, facilitating precise remote control of the robot. While the base weight of the kit is 313 grams (11.0 ounces), it allows for an additional 141 grams (4.97 ounces) for further customization and upgrades, encouraging users to modify and enhance their robots according to personal preferences and competitive needs.
