Engineered for robustness with all-metal spur gears
Features a versatile 11mm face mount pattern
Offers balance of speed and torque with 600:1 ratio
Includes a direct wheel mounting 3mm shaft
Weighs only 32g for lightweight applications
The FingerTech Silver Spark 16mm Gearmotor 600:1 is engineered for robust applications, featuring a 16mm diameter similar to the Gold Sparks but with larger pitch gears to minimize the risk of gear stripping. This gearmotor is equipped with an extra-long 3mm shaft, allowing for direct wheel mounting and the option to use a bearing block for additional support. The gearmotor's all-metal spur gearhead is paired with a Mabuchi FK-050 motor, ensuring durability and performance.
The gearmotor is designed with a consistent 11mm face mount pattern, compatible with various mounting solutions. It is part of a versatile line offering nine different gear ratios, with the 600:1 ratio providing a balance of speed and torque suitable for heavier or more demanding robotic applications. The motor's weight is approximately 32 grams, making it a lightweight yet powerful component for robotics.
Note: For strenuous conditions, such as robot combat, it is recommended to check the alignment of the motor vent hole with the gearbox pin and use Loctite on the screws to prevent separation during operation.
