Minimizes gear stripping with larger pitch gear design
Facilitates robot mobility with radio control capability
Ensures compatibility with 11mm face mount pattern
Offers versatile gear ratios for speed and torque
Features extra-long shaft for direct wheel mounting
The FingerTech Silver Spark 16mm Gearmotor 200:1 is engineered for robust performance in demanding applications, featuring a larger pitch gear design that minimizes the risk of gear stripping. This motor is equipped with an extra-long 3mm shaft, allowing for direct wheel mounting and the option to use a bearing block for additional support. It shares the same 11mm face mount pattern as the Gold Spark motors, ensuring compatibility and ease of integration.
The gearmotor incorporates an all-metal spur gearhead coupled with a Mabuchi FK-050 motor, offering a versatile range of gear ratios to accommodate various speed and torque requirements. This particular model is designed to facilitate straightforward robot mobility, with the ability to be driven by radio control when paired with appropriate components.
Note: For strenuous conditions, such as robot combat, it is advised to remove the gearbox and ensure the motor vent hole does not align with a gearbox pin. If alignment occurs, rotate the gearbox 180 degrees and reattach, using Loctite on the screws to prevent separation during competition.
