The ESP32 PLC 38AR is designed for professional use, featuring a robust ESP32-based modular system. It is equipped with 38 input/output options and various communication systems to ensure flexibility and control in industrial environments. The controller can be expanded with up to 127 modules via I2C, managing a total of 7100 input/output operations in a master-slave mode. It also supports additional sensor modules for enhanced functionality. Programming is facilitated through the Arduino IDE, with the capability of USB or remote programming via Ethernet. The device is compatible with Ardbox and Touchberry Pi, providing a comprehensive industrial solution.
The controller includes 10 analog inputs with 10-bit resolution and 13 opto-isolated digital inputs. It also features 8 relay outputs and 11 opto-isolated digital outputs. Industrial communication protocols such as I2C, RS232, RS485, and SPI are integrated into the system. Furthermore, it boasts connectivity options like LoRa, DALI, GPRS, CAN, SigFox, 3G, 4G, and GPS, making it suitable for a diverse range of automation and control applications.
