The ElecFreaks micro:bit Smart Cutebot is a rear-drive smart car driven by dual high-speed motors. Its tiny structure with an arc shape features a crashproof and comfortable feel.
There are many on-board types of equipment on the Cutebot including an ultrasonic sensor and distance sensor, two RGB LED headlights and clearance lamps on the bottom, two line-tracking probes, an active buzzer as the horn, and so on! Let’s drive your first smart micro:bit car!
The cute bot is cute, and the instruction booklet it came with is actually really engaging for my son and me -- it's colourful, easy to read, shows programs to try and suggests blocks to use to make your own programs.
Everytime I've ordered from RobotShop, I've been happy with the customer service, and my items arrive on time.
The cute bot has an IR sensor, but it doesn't come with a remote. The Elecfreaks (that makes the cute bot) company is based in the US, and they make an IR remote to go with the cute bot. It's inexpensive, but they charge a huge shipping fee. I wish that RobotShop sold the remote. Instead, we're going to try to use a TV remote we have around the house. There are instructions on youtube.
