The Edu Flashing LEDs Soldering Kit comes with an educational PCB (or print board) that shows the electronic circuit as well as the used components.
Once you are finished soldering all components, simply add a 9 V battery (not included) and the two red LEDs will start flashing. You can adjust the flashing speed by using the two potentiometers. This kit is suited for different applications such as model construction, a light effect, and so on.
