Based on the ECK32-T527B series core board, Ebyte has launched the ECB32-PGB single-board computer (SBC). The core board features a 381-pin LGA package and can be soldered to a baseboard via SMT. The baseboard design fully utilizes the core board's interfaces, including MIPI DSI display interface, MIPI CSI camera interface, HDMI display interface, DP display interface, USB 2.0, USB OTG, debug interface, Ethernet interface, audio interface, MINI PCIE interface, and a rich set of extended GPIO interfaces. The SBC's design is superior to that of ordinary development boards, making it suitable not only for functional verification of the core board but also for direct mass production in industrial scenarios.
