The 28mm Brushless DC Planetary Gear Motor, 24V, 750RPM is an exquisitely efficient small form factor motor that has peak operating efficiency at traditional RPM ranges, allowing for custom integration with a planetary gearbox. It offers high torque from a small form factor, with low power consumption and peak performance at lower RPM for quiet operation.
We carefully integrate the Brushless DC Motor with a planetary gearbox. The result is a small form factor motor that can produce high torque at low RPM and offer strong, smooth operation with low noise.
We provide planetary type brushless motor gearboxes with gear ratios ranging from 1:4 to 1:400. Planetary gearheads share the load through a pinion over multiple mating gears. They generally have higher torque-to-size ratios, higher efficiency, lower backlash and longer lifespans than spur gearheads. Brushless DC motors integrated with the gearbox are perfect solutions for motion control applications where high accuracy, maximum efficiency and a small package are required.
