The 28mm Brushless DC Planetary Gear Motor, 24V, 136RPM is an exquisitely efficient motor with a small form factor. It has peak operating efficiency at traditional RPM ranges, allowing for custom integration with a planetary gearbox. This motor offers high torque from a small form factor, with low power consumption and peak performance at lower RPM for quiet operation.
We carefully integrate the BLDC motor with a planetary gearbox. The result is a small form factor BLDC motor that can produce high torque at low RPM and offer strong, smooth operation with low noise.
We provide planetary type brushless motor gearboxes with gear ratios ranging from 1:4 to 1:400. Planetary gearheads share the load through a pinion over multiple mating gears. They generally have a higher torque to size ratio, higher efficiency, lower backlash and longer lifespan than spur gearheads. Brushless DC motors integrated with the gearbox are perfect solutions for motion control applications where high accuracy, maximum efficiency and a small package are required.
