Almost OK.

It looks good, the fans are very quiet, but it fails on two critical counts: 1) The slots for the connectors are slightly too high, by about a half millimeter. You need to put shims under the Pi or leave its mounting screws very loose, or the connectors won't line up to fit through the holes. 2) There is no opening for the uSD card: To change it you must remove 7 screws to change the card: 4 from the lid, and 3 holding the Pi (or at least make those 3 very loose). Oh, and: 3) There are only three **** mounts holding the Pi, not four. The missing one is next to the header connector, so pushing the header on makes the board flex dramatically.
