The Dragino LA66 USB LoRaWAN Adapter v2 (US915) is engineered to seamlessly integrate LoRaWAN wireless capabilities into USB-enabled devices. This adapter incorporates a CP2101 USB TTL Chip alongside the LA66 LoRaWAN module, facilitating the addition of LoRaWAN features to PCs, mobile phones, or embedded devices with USB interfaces. The LA66 module is pre-configured with the LoRaWAN v1.0.3 protocol, a widely adopted standard in over a million devices globally, ensuring compatibility with various LoRaWAN servers and international standards.

The module supports both the LoRaWAN protocol and an open-source peer-to-peer LoRa protocol for applications beyond LoRaWAN. It is equipped with a TCXO crystal, guaranteeing stable performance even in extreme temperature conditions. The adapter allows external microcontrollers to utilize AT commands for data transmission via the LoRaWAN protocol, and each module is assigned a unique OTAA key for secure registration.

Additionally, the LA66 USB Adapter v2 supports firmware upgrades through a UART interface and offers an open-source mobile application for LoRaWAN signal detection and GPS tracking.
