The Dobot CR16A Robot Arm adopts an industry-first dual-channel end effector design, which can directly connect to multiple end tools. It also features a visual status indicator at the base for intuitive recognition of operating status.
The CR16A breaks through the payload limit to 16kg, opening up a wider range of applications for collaborative robots. With a 1000 mm working radius, the CR16A can meet the demands of heavy-duty picking, packing, palletizing, and welding in the automotive, home appliances, logistics, and metal processing industries. It has a working radius of 1000 mm and a maximum payload of 16 kg. With an advanced motion control algorithm, the CR16A operates more stably, with residual vibrations reduced by 50% during high-speed emergency stops.
24 Interface Ports for Greater Flexibility: The CR16A supports Profinet and Ethernet/IP communication protocols and connects seamlessly with PLC. It has 24 digital IO ports with industry-leading support for PNP and NPN switching to expand applications with ease.
High Protection Level for Safer Collaboration: The robot body and control box both achieve a high protection level of IP54. When overloaded, the robot will automatically sound an alarm. The CR16A also features innovative electromagnetic brake protection, which reduces the end tool drop distance at power failure.
