The Deep Robotics Lynx M20 Pro is a professional-grade wheel-leg hybrid robot, engineered for autonomous operation in demanding industrial and outdoor environments. Combining the speed advantages of wheeled locomotion with the terrain adaptability of legged movement, the platform transitions seamlessly between surface types without manual reconfiguration. Its compact form factor at 33kg enables single-operator transport while supporting a 15kg operational payload, making it practical for deployment in confined passages as narrow as 50cm. The robot is designed for power inspection, emergency rescue, logistics delivery, and field research where reliability in harsh conditions is critical.
The M20 Pro features an advanced autonomous navigation stack built around dual 96-line LiDAR sensors and wide-angle cameras, enabling real-time environmental perception and high-density point cloud generation. Its perception system supports omnidirectional obstacle avoidance and point cloud surround view, allowing the robot to respond dynamically to terrain changes and unexpected obstructions. SLAM-based mapping and localization are integrated natively, removing dependency on external positioning infrastructure. The platform exposes hardware interfaces including Gigabit Ethernet and USB connectivity, and supports OTA firmware updates, making it well-suited for research institutions, industrial operators, and system integrators requiring a field-ready autonomous robotics platform.

Capabilities
The Lynx M20 Pro combines advanced autonomous navigation, industrial-grade perception, and flexible software integration to support a wide range of deployment scenarios.
Autonomous Navigation
SLAM-based mapping and localization enables fully autonomous route planning without external positioning infrastructure. Omnidirectional obstacle avoidance keeps the robot operational in dynamic and cluttered environments.
High-Density LiDAR Perception
Dual 96-line LiDAR sensors deliver a 360-degree by 90-degree field of view with approximately 860,000 points per second for precise environmental mapping. Point cloud surround view provides complete spatial awareness across all terrain types.
Extreme Environment Durability
IP66-rated ingress protection and an operating temperature range of -20 to 55 degrees Celsius ensure reliable performance across industrial sites, outdoor environments, and adverse weather conditions. Bidirectional front and rear LED lighting supports operation in low-visibility conditions.
Open Integration and OTA Updates
Multiple hardware interfaces, including Gigabit Ethernet and USB, enable integration with third-party sensors, payloads, and enterprise systems. OTA firmware updates allow remote capability expansion and feature deployment without physical access to the unit.
Use Cases & Application Scenarios
From high-voltage infrastructure to disaster zones, the Lynx M20 Pro adapts to the demands of frontline industrial and field operations.
Power Infrastructure Inspection
The Lynx M20 Pro navigates substations, transmission corridors, and electrical infrastructure autonomously, reducing human exposure in high-voltage environments. Its LiDAR-based perception and omnidirectional obstacle avoidance support repeatable inspection routes with consistent data collection.
Emergency Rescue Operations
In disaster scenarios involving rubble, steep slopes, and narrow access points, the wheel-leg hybrid design allows the robot to reach areas inaccessible to conventional wheeled platforms. Hot-swappable batteries and rugged IP66 construction ensure continuous operation during extended rescue missions.
Outdoor Terrain Navigation
The M20 Pro traverses muddy wetlands, sand, loose soil, and uneven terrain by dynamically adjusting its gait and leg configuration. Its bidirectional design and ability to reverse without turning make it highly effective in constrained outdoor corridors and narrow field paths.
Logistics Delivery and Research
With a 15kg payload capacity and extended runtime, the robot supports last-mile logistics in complex terrain where wheeled vehicles cannot operate. Research institutions and development teams benefit from open hardware interfaces and OTA update support for rapid prototyping and field experimentation.

If you are not satisfied with a product purchased from the Site, you may request a return within 30 days from the delivery date, unless the product is listed under the Return Exceptions below or is subject to specific return conditions noted on the product page.
This return policy also applies, as a minimum standard, to products sold and fulfilled by third-party vendors through the Marketplace.
Returns under this policy concern non-defective products. In the case of a confirmed manufacturing defect, remedies are handled under the Warranty terms, at the Vendor's discretion. See the Warranty section.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a refund under the 30-day return policy, all of the following conditions must be met:
A valid Return Authorization (RA) number must be obtained prior to returning the product. Returns without an RA number will be refused.
The RA number is valid for 30 days. The returned item must be received within that period.
The RA number must be included with the return.
Products must be returned in unused, unmodified condition (e.g., no scratches, alterations, missing parts, or signs of installation/use) and in their original packaging, suitable for resale.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of a product confirmed defective through RobotShop's troubleshooting process or of a verified shipping error by RobotShop.
Refunds are processed within 7 days after receipt and inspection of the returned item.
A $100 cleaning fee may apply to domestic robots returned in used or unclean condition.
A 20% restocking fee may apply to large-quantity returns of items ordered specifically for the customer from the manufacturer or not part of RobotShop's standard inventory.
Return Exceptions
The following products are not eligible for return or refund under this policy:
Used, damaged, or modified products — Items that show signs of use, wear, or alteration, making them unsuitable for resale.
Consumables — Use and wear-and-tear components, altered or depleted through use (e.g., batteries, belts, brushes, gears, filament, tires, disposable bags, lubricants, greases, waxes, etc.). Not eligible for return once opened or used.
Perishables — Goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly. Not eligible for return.
Sealed goods (health or hygiene) — Items sealed for health-protection or hygiene reasons (e.g., masks, gloves, odor-absorbing products). Not eligible for return once unsealed.
Build-it-yourself products and items requiring customer assembly — Including robots & kits, robot parts, and other products requiring assembly or soldering. Not eligible for return once assembled, soldered, or installed.
Digital Goods, Software, and Apps — Final sale only, due to licensing restrictions.
