The CubeMars SW7 Underwater Thruster (CCW) is engineered to deliver efficient propulsion for both surface and underwater unmanned vehicles. Its design incorporates a sealed casing that protects critical components from potential damage caused by sand and debris, ensuring reliable performance in various aquatic environments. This thruster is versatile, making it suitable for a range of applications including remotely operated vehicles (ROVs), unmanned boats, and surfboards.
The thruster operates at a rated voltage of 36V and provides a rated power output of 360W. It is capable of generating a maximum mooring thrust of at least 7 kgf, making it a powerful choice for propulsion needs. The device is designed to function effectively at water depths ranging from 0 to 30 meters, and it maintains a lightweight profile with a weight of 700 grams in the air and 395 grams in water.
Constructed with durable materials, the nozzle is made from POM, while both the propeller and the shell are crafted from aluminum alloy, ensuring robustness and longevity. The thruster is designed to operate within environmental conditions of 0-50℃ for storage and 0-40℃ for operation, making it adaptable to various temperature ranges. The propeller has a specification of ⌀80mm, and the motor rotor features a pole number of 24P, enhancing its performance capabilities.
