The CubeMars DW25 Underwater Thruster (CW) is engineered to deliver efficient propulsion for remotely operated vehicles and other underwater applications. Its robust design incorporates a sealed mechanism that effectively prevents damage from debris, ensuring reliable performance in challenging aquatic environments.
This thruster is constructed from durable aluminum alloy, providing a balance of strength and lightweight characteristics. It operates at a rated voltage of 48V and delivers a rated power of 1315W, achieving a maximum mooring thrust of 25 kgf. The unit is designed to function optimally at water depths ranging from the surface to 350 meters, making it suitable for a variety of underwater tasks.
The CubeMars DW25 is equipped with a propeller of 126mm in diameter and features a motor rotor with 20 poles, enhancing its propulsion capabilities. It is recommended to pair this thruster with a TW-80A-12S electronic speed controller for optimal performance. The device is designed to operate efficiently within a temperature range of 0 to 40 degrees Celsius, with storage conditions accommodating up to 50 degrees Celsius.
The thruster's sealing technology includes two-stage independent sealed compartments with low-resistance dynamic sealing, which ensures the unit remains protected against environmental factors. This makes it an ideal choice for use in unmanned surface vehicles, electric surfboards, and various ROV applications.
Note: Ensure proper handling and installation to maintain the integrity of the sealing technology and prevent water ingress.
