The CubeEye S100D ToF 3D Depth Camera (USB Version) is a sophisticated time-of-flight camera module engineered for high-resolution depth measurement and 3D imaging applications. It features a true VGA resolution of 640x480 with a unit pixel size of 7.0 micrometers, ensuring precise and detailed imaging. The camera employs a 2W VCSEL illumination source operating at 940 nm, which supports modulation frequencies of 80 MHz and 100 MHz. This configuration allows for a field of view of 60 degrees by 45 degrees, providing comprehensive coverage for various imaging needs.

The measurement range of the CubeEye S100D extends from 0.2 meters to 4.0 meters, with an accuracy of less than ±10 mm for distances between 0.2 and 0.5 meters, and less than ±1% for distances from 0.5 to 4.0 meters. This makes it suitable for applications requiring precise depth perception. The camera's compact design is complemented by its efficient power consumption, averaging 1.5 watts with a peak of 15 watts, making it both powerful and energy-efficient.
