The CC-SMART Smart H Bridge Driver Brushed Motor Controller w/ Speed Control, 8-40V, 60A Max is engineered to manage brushed DC motors with precision in velocity, direction, acceleration, and deceleration. This advanced controller utilizes MOSFETs for 16 kHz switching, enhancing performance while minimizing operational noise. It offers versatile communication interfaces, including PWM/Directional, PWM Bi-directional, Analog/Directional, Analog Bi-directional, UART Network, and PPM signal, either ESC Independent or Mixed.
The device is capable of handling a power supply range from 8V to 40V DC, with a continuous current capacity of 20A and a peak capacity of 60A, supporting a maximum power output of 800W. It features acceleration and deceleration capabilities, along with soft limits for left and right movements. The controller is equipped with two functional buttons for quick testing and resetting.
Robust protection mechanisms are integrated, including safeguards against under voltage, over voltage, over temperature, and over current conditions. Note: The device lacks polarity protection for the V Motor, necessitating careful handling to avoid damage.
